Dads' Club Overview
The Jesuit High School Dads' Club is a volunteer organization of fathers of Jesuit students that exists to support the advancement of the mission of Jesuit High School.

Dads' Club Executive Board Members 

• President: The face of the Dads’ Club. Oversees and leads all meetings and shows up at everything.
• Vice President: Shows up at most everything and fills in for Pres as needed. (traditionally this spot ascends to President)
• Secretary: Communicates all event / parking information using Constant Contact.
• Treasurer: Keeps records of all income and expenses and reports to CFO of Jesuit per their calendar requirements.
• Parking Coordinator: board position. See below.

Volunteer Opportunities
Please select the events you would like to volunteer for.

1. Raymond James Stadium / Revenue Event Parking Coordinator
   • This position can be divided into manageable parts
   • Facilitate parking for major events at Raymond James Stadium.
   • Stage volunteers at entrances and set up tents / pay stations. Signage
2. Jesuit Varsity Football Home Game Parking Coordinator
   • Oversee the volunteers parking on campus for home football games and other big on campus events
     1. Open House (November)
     2. Tampa Catholic basketball game
     3. Regular season Varsity football games
   • Volunteers are needed for parking, ticket booth, and security.
   • Volunteers get free admission to the game.
3. Father Son Golf Tournament October
   • Coordinate foursomes and communication with country club for a Sunday in October
   • Jesuit will collect payments and sign contracts
4. Feeding Tampa Bay
   • Coordinate Volunteer opportunities
   • Volunteer alongside your son to feed the food-insecure in the Tampa Bay Area.
   • Occurs on the first Saturday of each month.
5. Thanksgiving Turkey Drive November
   • Assist with coordinating the collection and frozen storage of 300+ frozen turkeys.
   • Help coordinate the distribution day with Director of Service – Andy Wood
6. Gaudiosa - Annual Dinner, Dance, and Auction February
   • Coordinate Volunteers needed for event setup, clean-up, and transportation.
7. Father Son Fishing Tournament (April)
   • Co-Chairs would be great.
   • Coordinate registration and sponsors
   • Friday night before is Captains Dinner
