Bowling
Jesuit bowling has been one of the Tampa Bay area’s premier prep programs on and off the lanes since becoming a Varsity sport in 2008. In the classroom, the Tigers have earned the FHSAA’s Academic Team Champion honor for best team GPA numerous times from among the 100+ high school bowling teams in the state of Florida. In 2020, the Tigers captured Academic Team Champion honors statewide with a cumulative team GPA of 3.972, the highest GPA for any team in any sport in Florida that year. On the lanes, Jesuit finished 10-6 in the fall 2023 season, improving their record over the past six seasons to 65-19, and placed 3rd in the District. The top returnees in 2024 include Joseph Kapusta '25 (174 avg), Christian Diaz '26 (170), and Jesse Planz '26 (169).
