Bowling
Jesuit bowling has been one of the Tampa Bay area’s premier prep programs on and off the lanes since becoming a Varsity sport in 2008. In the classroom, the Tigers have earned the FHSAA’s Academic Team Champion honor for best team GPA numerous times from among the 100+ high school bowling teams in the state of Florida. In 2020, the Tigers captured Academic Team Champion honors statewide with a cumulative team GPA of 3.972, the highest GPA for any team in any sport in Florida that year. On the lanes, Jesuit finished 13-3 in 2022 , improving their record over the past five seasons to 55-13, and placed 3rd in the District. New head coach Zach Prado '13 takes over in 2023. The top returning bowler is John Pawlusiak '24 who led the Tigers with a 192.7 average last season.
