Sacraments of Initiation

Jesuit High School president Fr. Richard C. Hermes, S.J. celebrated a special Mass in St. Anthony’s Chapel on Wednesday morning (May 13), during which Ethan Clark ’18, Matthew Daner ’17, Devin Flores ’18, and Connor Price ’18 were baptized, and Reed Berlet ’15 and Sawyer Gray ’15 were received into full communion with the Catholic Church.

Jesuit was given special permission to celebrate these sacraments from the Diocese of St. Petersburg, and from the pastor of the parish in which Jesuit is located, Fr. Tom Morgan of St. Lawrence Catholic Church.

Wednesday’s Mass, which celebrated Our Lady of Fatima, was the final all-school Mass of the 2014-15 school year.
