President's Mass

President's Mass

Jesuit High School president Fr. Richard C. Hermes, S.J. celebrated a special Mass on Sunday (Aug. 30) with more than 200 members of the school’s President’s Circle at the annual President's Circle Mass in the Chapel of the Holy Cross.

The beautiful event featured Jesuit’s chamber orchestra and chorus under the direction of Nina Wegmann, and the morning also was highlighted by a memorable State of the School address. Father Hermes chronicled many of the school's accomplishments during the 2019-20 school year in the areas of service, academics, athletics, spirituality, and alumni, while noting how Jesuit's dedicated faculty and students navigated a successful virtual school period after the COVID-19 outbreak.

President's Circle members are those who donated $1,500 or more to the school the previous fiscal year. Jesuit is thankful to all who support the school. Please view a video of Father Hermes' State of the School presentation below, and below that is photo slideshow from the President's Circle Mass.
