Mothers and Sons

Jesuit High School’s students and their mothers filled the ballroom at the Hilton Tampa Downtown on Feb. 1 for the annual Mother-Son Mass & Breakfast.

Jesuit president Fr. Richard C. Hermes, S.J. celebrated the Mass with more than 600 Jesuit students and their mothers in attendance. The beautiful Jesuit orchestra and choir were led by music and theology teacher Dominick DiCarlo, and Mothers’ Club president Stephanie Sullivan, P ’13, ’15 led the mothers in the Prayer for Mothers.

Highlighting the event were two heartwarming tributes to their mothers provided by Ryan Ricco ’15 (mom Coleen Murphy) and Joe Hoffman ’15 (mom Sharon Heimbach Hoffman).
