The Freshman Pilgrimage departs for St. Augustine
Forty members of the Class of 2018 embarked early Tuesday morning (May 26) from Jesuit High School on the second annual Freshman Pilgrimage to St. Augustine.
Led by Fr. Patrick Hough, S.J, and faculty chaperones Peter Flores and Chris Ragusa, the contingent is celebrating the completion of its first year at Jesuit with a trip across the state to America's oldest city and its Catholic sites.
They will be visiting St. Augustine Cathedral to celebrate Mass, Mission de Nombre de Dios and Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche, and Fort Menendez, as well as having fun at St. Augustine Beach and the Wet 'n Wild water park. They will stay overnight at Flagler College.
The group returns on Wednesday evening (May 27).
