Grand Reunion
Jesuit High School alumni revel in the annual Grand Reunion

More than 250 Jesuit High School alumni in classes ending in “5” and “0” came home last weekend (May 29-31) for a fabulous Grand Reunion celebration.

The annual event started Friday with an elegant reception on campus that brought together all of the classes – from 1955 through 2010 (the Class of 1990 is pictured on the homepage) – for an enjoyable evening of revelry and nostalgia. The unique bond between Jesuit alumni and their alma mater made this a special and memorable evening for all.

On Saturday, the classes gathered individually away from campus, many at local establishments such as Oxford Exchange (Class of 1975) and Jackson’s Bistro (Class of 2000), and the Columbia Restaurant catered the Class of 1985 gathering at the home of Chris Diaz ’85.

Sunday brought the classes back to campus for Mass in St. Anthony’s Chapel with alumni and their families, followed by brunch. During Mass, the Class of 1990 was presented with silver medallions and the Class of 1965 was awarded golden diplomas.

SAVE THE DATE: Grand Reunion 2016 will celebrate classes ending in “1” and “6,” with the Class of 1991 (25 years) and Class of 1966 (50 years) receiving special recognition. It will take place June 3-5, 2016. Email alumni@jesuittampa.org for more information or to register.
