Farewell to Ties

Farewell to Ties
The statue of St. Anthony is buried beneath the ties of Jesuit students

The conclusion of the third quarter on Friday (March 20) also marked the final day of the school year in which Jesuit High School underclassmen are required to wear ties.

Per tradition, it also meant the campus statue of St. Anthony was buried beneath a mountain of discarded ties from Jesuit students following the final bell on Friday. Aside from special events such as all-school Mass, the juniors will not wear ties for the remainder of this school year or their senior year.
