Fall Sports Begin

 
Jesuit High School’s fall sports season got underway Friday (Aug. 19) as the football team won its preseason game 45-0 at Strawberry Crest.

In the coming days, Jesuit’s bowling, cross country, golf, and swimming teams also will begin their seasons. Click here for the Jesuit Athletic Calendar from the school website, with schedules for all of Jesuit’s fall sports teams.

Jesuit football, ranked No. 2 in Class 5A and coming off a 13-1 season and State semifinal appearance, scored touchdowns on its first four possession Friday en route to victory. Travell Harris '17, pictured on the homepage, had a touchdown reception and an interception. Malik Davis '17 had three rushing touchdowns.

The Tigers open the regular season Thursday (Aug. 25) at 7:00pm at home against Lakewood Ranch.
