Clubs Open House

Clubs Open House

Jesuit High School's 40+ clubs were on display, with club officers and moderators recruiting new club members, during the annual Clubs Open House on Thursday and Friday (August 20 & 21) outdoors in Oliva Courtyard.

Dozens of enriching clubs from across the Jesuit landscape provided students plenty of options for pursuing their passions and interests during the 2020-21 school year: new clubs seeking to establish a foundation in Jesuit's robust club scene such as the Calligraphy Club, Triathlon Club, and Help Our Heroes; burgeoning clubs such as the Pre-Medical Club, Native American Club, African American Club, Outdoorsman Society, Chess Club, Science Olympiad, and Italian Club; and many long-time, award-winning standard bearers such as Robotics, Latin Club, Pro Life Club, Don't Feed the Artists, Altar Servers, La Gente, Key Club, Pep Band, S.A.D.D., Masque (drama club), Peer Ministry, and the Environmental Club.

The Jesuit High School Strategic Plan lists "Student Life and Leadership" as one of its four key priorities, and through the varied and extensive club offerings, Jesuit students are developing their talents and leadership skills. Jesuit's clubs are under the guidance of the school's Director of Student Activities, Carmelo LoSauro '10.

See below a photo slideshow from the two days Clubs Open House, and below that a full list of current clubs at Jesuit.
