Clubs Open House
Thursday morning (Aug. 19) in Oliva Courtyard, Jesuit's 868 students perused dozens of club opportunities for the 2023-24 school year.

Nearly all of Jesuit's 48 clubs stations set up for the annual Clubs Open House. The respective club officers (and moderators) informed and recruited their fellow Jesuit students to join their club for this school year, using informational boards, flags, props, and personal interaction.
Clubs Open House, which is typically during the second week of the school year, is one of the biggest annual on-campus events. It has a major impact on student life as Jesuit's clubs provide the student body with myriad options for pursuing their passions.
On Thursday, the students surveyed the enriching club options: service-oriented clubs, faith-related clubs, academic and pre-professional clubs, athletic clubs, and performing and fine arts clubs.
Many clubs are newly established and seeking a foothold in Jesuit's robust club scene, such as the Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Club, Songwriting & Music Production, eSports, and the Flying Tigers/Aviation & Aerospace Club.
Others have quickly become fixtures in a few years' time and made a major impact on recent students, such as the Pre-Medical Club, Native American Club, The Company/Business Club, African American Club, Big Brothers, Outdoorsman Society, and Italian Club.
Many more are long-time, award-winning pillars of Jesuit student life, such as Robotics, Latin Club, Pro Life Club, Don't Feed the Artists, Rho Kappa, Altar Servers, Hockey, La Gente, Key Club, Pep Band, S.A.D.D., Peer Ministry, Masque (drama club), and the Environmental Club.
Through the school's varied and extensive club offerings, Jesuit students are developing their talents and leadership skills. Jesuit clubs are under the direction of the school's Director of Student Activities, Austin Freeman '02.
See below a photos from Clubs Open House, and below that a full list of current clubs at Jesuit listed alphabetically, along with the last name of the club moderator.
