The Mothers' Club celebrates its annual Mass and Luncheon
More than 90 members of the Jesuit High School Mothers’ Club celebrated their annual Mass and Luncheon on Friday (Dec. 12) in St. Anthony’s Chapel and the Multi-Purpose Room.
Jesuit president Fr. Richard C. Hermes, S.J. celebrated Mass (Our Lady of Guadalupe), with a lovely accompaniment by Judy Raab, P ’17 on the harp.
Everyone then walked over to the wonderfully adorned MPR, which had been beautifully decorated for the luncheon by Jodi Alessandri, P ’17 and several committee members under the direction of Mothers’ Club president Stephanie Sullivan, P ’13, ’15.
Guests brought dozens of gifts cards, which were given to Fr. Hermes to be distributed to the community, and several participated in a gift swap. The delicious meal was provided by Tastes of Tampa Bay, and Director of Campus Ministry Brian Greenfield and Director of Community Service Michael Miller ’09 spoke to the Mothers’ Club about initiatives and accomplishments in their respective departments.
