Ash Wednesday Mass

Fr. Patrick Hough, S.J. celebrated Mass for Ash Wednesday on Feb. 10 in St. Anthony’s Chapel at Jesuit High School, marking the beginning of Lent.

The distribution of ashes – 46 days before the resurrection of Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday – reminds us of our own mortality and calls us to repentance.
