Debbie Pacheco
Assistant Principal for Academics
Debbie Pacheco, a cornerstone of the Jesuit High School science department for two decades, has been the school's Assistant Principal for Academics since the 2012-13 school year. Mrs. Pacheco’s focus is the continued enhancement and development of curriculum and instruction in order to meet the needs of all Jesuit students. She works closely with the faculty to produce a curriculum that is rigorous and relevant. Mrs. Pacheco previously served on the faculty council. Her son Jeremy Pacheco ’07 is an alumnus.

Brian Greenfield
Assistant Principal for Discipline
Brian Greenfield has been with Jesuit since 2011-12, when he started as the Director of Campus Ministry. He shifted to teaching theology full-time at the start of the 2015-16 school year and has served as moderator of the school's African-American Club when it was founded in 2018. Mr. Greenfield graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor's degree and also has earned two Master's degrees, an M.A. in Theology and an M.A. in Education Leadership. He is also a nationally revered Catholic youth speaker and evangelist, addressing audiences of thousands at major events such as the 2024 National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis. As Assistant Principal for Discipline, Greenfield works closely with faculty, students, and parents to instill a school culture of care and respect while maintaining Jesuit’s standards for decorum.

Jimmy Mitchell
Assistant Principal for Mission & Formation
Before his start at Jesuit High School during the 2020-21 school year, Jimmy Mitchell’s gifts of storytelling and piano-playing brought him to every corner of the world - including Tampa. Mitchell was a regular guest on Jesuit's campus for years, leading retreats and pilgrimages before eventually moving to Florida in 2020 to serve as the school's Director of Campus Ministry, then in 2024 becoming the Assistant Principal for Mission & Formation. Actively mentoring young men in virtue for the past 20 years, Mitchell's greatest joy is helping others fall in love with God. Mitchell graduated with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a M.A. in Moral Theology from Holy Apostles College & Seminary. He’s also the founder of Love Good, a Tampa-based subscription company that empowers everyday Catholics to evangelize culture through beauty.

Carmelo LoSauro '10
Assistant Disciplinarian
Carmelo LoSauro has served as Jesuit's Assistant Disciplinarian since 2021. A graduate of Jesuit's Class of 2010, he went on to play college baseball at Loyola University New Orleans, where he earned an English Writing degree. Mr. LoSauro returned to Jesuit in 2015 as an English teacher and JV baseball coach. He currently serves as the Head JV Baseball Coach and has also served as Jesuit's Director of Student Activities.
