Deceased Alumni Memorial
At Jesuit, we believe your experience it is not limited to just four years, but for a lifetime. Jesuit High School has created the ”Jesuit Alumni Memorial” to ensure all of its alumni will always be remembered. The names of all deceased alumni are etched in a cobblestone in the courtyard at the entrance to St. Anthony’s Chapel.
These cobblestones are completely paid for by the school in recognition of the deceased alumni’s successful graduation from Jesuit High School in Tampa. It’s important to know that no one may purchase a cobblestone, and only deceased alumni have their names inscribed in the Memorial.
Cobblestones of our deceased alumni are added each year in conjunction with the Feast of All Souls' Day. This year’s dedication took place on Sunday, October 30th in the Alumni Memorial Courtyard at the entrance to St. Anthony’s Chapel, at the conclusion of the annual Jesuit Alumni Memorial Mass. On that day the newly etched cobblestones of alumni who have died in the past year were blessed and dedicated.
