We need assistance in the following areas:

PRE-EVENT:
Sponsor solicitation
Hole sign sales
Chance prize drawing solicitation
Goody bag item solicitation

EVENT DAY:
Set-up of registration tables and vendor booths
Staffing registration tables
Hospitality cart duty
Hole-in-one and challenge judges
Coordination of prize drawings
Clean-up crew
