Tampa Jesuit Captures Title in Inaugural Jesuit Baseball Tournament

Six Jesuit High Schools traveled to Florida during Easter break to join Jesuit High School of Tampa in its first Jesuit Spring Break Invitational tournament. The other Jesuit high schools in the March 25 – 28th contest included: Fordham Preparatory (Bronx, NY), Gonzaga College High School (Washington, D.C.), Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO), Regis (NYC), Rockhurst (Kansas City, MO), and Seattle Preparatory (Seattle, WA). Tampa’s Berkeley Preparatory was the only local and non-Jesuit school to participate.

Xavier - Missionary and Saint

Mr. Johnson, who wrote the film’s script, is currently an English teacher at Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida. Jesuit Duo Commits To USF

Jesuit junior baseball players Nick Lockwood and Jimmy Falla have verbally committed to USF, Tigers coach Richie Warren confirmed Tuesday. Both Lockwood, an infielder, and Falla, an outfielder, are expected to play big roles for the Tigers this season.
