Entrance Exam Application

Admissions for the 2009-2010 school year will close on January 10, 2009, the date of the last entrance exam. 

Contact Admissions Director Steve Matesich '91 to obtain the Application and Registration for Entrance Exam form, 813-877-5344, ext. 264.

Step 1: The application for admission and entrance exam registration is eight pages in length. The first four pages are the Application and Test Registration form and are to be completed by the applicant and his parents. This portion should be returned to the Jesuit High School registrar at least 5 business days before the entrance exam, accompanied by a non-refundable $50 application fee.

Step 2: The last four pages are to be used in evaluating the applicant. There are two evaluation forms, and each is two pages in length. The first page of the form is a waiver and must be completed by the applicant’s parent or guardian. This waiver and the teacher’s evalution form should be provided to two teachers currently instructing the applicant in English, foreign language, math, science or social studies. The applicant’s current school should return these evaluations to the Jesuit High School registrar.
