Enrollment
Each year, on average, Jesuit enrolls approximately 650 boys in grades 9 through 12. The entire student body begins most days as a school community in St. Anthony’s Chapel, which is why the school’s enrollment is limited to the seating capacity of the Chapel. St. Anthony’s Chapel is both literally and figuratively the center of the campus; the Chapel is the heart of our campus life.
Enrollment Health Requirements: Incoming students are required to present a statement from their physician that they have received the immunizations required by the State of Florida (DH Form 680) and that their eyes and ears have been recently examined. Students must also have a doctor’s statement that they are in general good health and are free of contagious diseases (DH Form 3040). Form DH680 and DH3040 are only available from a doctor’s office.
Enrollment Contract: When an applicant receives his acceptance letter to Jesuit High School, he will also receive an enrollment form, as well as tuition and financial aid information. Typically, the enrollment form needs to be completed and returned to the school by mid March. The precise deadline date for enrollment and financial aid applications will be provided in the acceptance notification materials.
