Joseph R. Sabin, JHS ’66

Principal

A graduate of Jesuit High School himself, Mr. Sabin has been the Principal of Jesuit High School in Tampa since 2003. As principal, Mr. Sabin manages the daily operations of the school, overseeing all facets of Jesuit’s academic administration, faculty and athletic departments. He is committed to operating the school in the Jesuit tradition, nurturing an educational program that emphasizes academic excellence, discipline, spirituality, and character development.

A member of the Class of 1966, Mr. Sabin has dedicated his career to Jesuit High School since 1971. Prior to becoming principal, he was head of Jesuit High School’s Counseling Department for 16 years. He also previously taught algebra and geometry at Jesuit from 1971 to 1989. Mr. Sabin holds a Bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of South Florida.
